I am a Certified Agile Scrum Master, Design Sprint Master, Lean Manager, TOGAF practitioner and trainer. My techniques and templates blend the best of design thinking, customer experience design (CX, UX), business design, enterprise architecture, lean, agile project management, continuous integration and service delivery.
